The retainer covers ongoing work on an existing site: updates, integrations, fixes, SEO, and new sections. Outside the retainer are larger initiatives: a new site, redesign, platform migration, or complex application. If a task exceeds the retainer scope, I’ll tell you upfront — not on the invoice.
I work solo — consultant and developer in one. You have one point of contact who understands the context and builds the solution. You don’t have to re-explain anything to someone new.
