Technology should be a tool—not the place where I spend my entire day.
Digital Minimalism helped me realise how much attention we surrender to tools simply because they can always be within reach.
This does not mean rejecting technology. Quite the opposite. It means choosing it deliberately, based on whether it supports something that genuinely matters.
I apply the same principle to my work: fewer tools, fewer channels, fewer notifications and fewer features without a clear reason. More attention for the work worth finishing.
